The passengers can choose there own seats which in terms depends upon the availability of the seats. Also during the booking time one has to provide details of the identity proof in order to ensure the identity of a person and the same should be shown during the journey period. Before confirming the booking of the details one has to provide the payment details and the same should be made through a secure gateway of payment. Next after the ticket is confirmed then the print out of the ticket should be taken in an A4 size paper in order to acknowledge for the journey. One can also check the ticket status by the PNR no. which is provided in the ticket. Even the procedure of ticket cancellation is allowed for the registered users if they cancel the ticket from the same ID. In this way online ticket can be booked from KSRTC.
